Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Technical Specialist (Solid Waste)
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- General Experience: Minimum 20 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects.
- Specific Experience (Minimum 15 Years):
- Solid Waste Management Systems (including Material Recovery Facilities – MRFs and landfill design & operations)
- Leachate treatment and landfill gas management
- Waste-to-energy and resource recovery solutions
- Energy efficiency and renewable energy applications
- Carbon credits, climate change mitigation, and environmental sustainability frameworks
- Feasibility studies, project planning, and infrastructure development
- Public sector project management and stakeholder coordination
2. Technical Specialist (Liquid Waste / Sewerage)
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- General Experience: Minimum 20 years of professional experience.
- Specific Experience (Minimum 15 Years):
- Water Supply, Sewerage, and Wastewater Treatment Systems
- Energy efficiency and renewable energy applications
- Innovative technologies in water supply, sewerage, and wastewater treatment
- Feasibility studies, project planning, and infrastructure development
- Public sector project management and stakeholder coordination
