IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Manage smooth operations of the wireless network and corporate circuits across the HYTR region, including O&M of wireless infrastructure, DRS systems, MSAN/MSAGs, power plants, and communication towers. The role includes preparing work plans for O&M teams, optimizing DRS links as per load requirements, monitoring PMR activities, coordinating with other operators to ensure SLA-based power availability at guest sites, supporting Business and Corporate teams in achieving targets, and arranging technical training to enhance the skills of subordinate staff.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:
• O&M of Wireless infrastructure, DRS Systems, MSAN/ MSAGs on DRS media, Power Plant, communication towers etc.
• Prepare work plans for O&M teams Optimization of DRS links as per load requirement.
• Monitoring of PMR activities of different systems Liaising with Other Operators for Guest sites installed at PTCL exchanges to ensure power availability as per SLA.
• Coordinating and supporting Business & Corporate teams to achieve their targets.
• Arranged Up Skill training of Subordinate for improve their Skill in Relevant field.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification:

Education:
• BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Networking etc)

Experience:
• 1 year of relevant experience required.

Technical Competency:
• Understanding of Wireless Network
• Fault Management
• Knowledge of HSE
