Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA (Testing)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead testing cycles and coordinate with testing teams
- Track and manage defects during project execution
- Work closely with developers, testers, and data validation teams
- Manage SAP S/4HANA projects, especially large-scale implementations
- Handle large teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments
- Plan, track, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Identify risks and develop strategies to minimize them
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and deadlines
- Support team development through guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Maintain proper documentation and share lessons learned for future improvements
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong experience as a Project or Program Manager in SAP ERP implementations (ECC or S/4HANA)
- Proven record of managing multiple SAP projects successfully
- Experience working across different industries such as Automotive, Government, FMCG, Pharma, or Retail
- Ability to manage large teams in a multi-country or hybrid work environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, and execution
- Experience handling end-to-end SAP project lifecycle (from planning to go-live)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with at least 5 full SAP implementations, including 2 SAP S/4HANA projects
- Familiarity with template-based system implementations
- Industry certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Additional Requirement
- Experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or similar roles related to data management
