About the Role

Propstar Technologies is seeking a responsible and well-organized Admin Incharge to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate will manage administrative processes, coordinate with departments, and maintain an efficient and professional work environment.

This role requires strong organizational abilities, leadership skills, and the capability to handle multiple operational responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and office management operations

• Supervise office maintenance, supplies, and facility management activities

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

• Manage office records, documentation, and administrative reporting

• Monitor attendance, office discipline, and general administrative procedures

• Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and office resource management

• Ensure proper implementation of company administrative policies and procedures

• Support management with operational and administrative tasks as required

• Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, office management, or similar roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage administrative operations independently

• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting tools

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced corporate environments
