Job Title: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Johar Town Lahore
Timings: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
Work Mode: (Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 6 months -1 year of experience in business analysis, project management in IT industry
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to support our projects and development teams in building and optimizing software solutions. You will work closely with senior Business Analysts, Project Owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements, manage project backlogs, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders and the project team to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Design mockups and wireframes using Figma or other relevant tools to visually represent requirements and proposed solutions.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and data flows.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Collaborated with developers and designers to refine requirements
Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
Communicate findings and insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Preferable if your Expertise in:
Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Applications, etc.
Business Process Modeling
Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Snagit, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in using Figma or similar tools to create wireframes and mockups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
