Outbound Sales Executive (B2B and LinkedIn Prospecting)

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be at the front of our growth engine. Your focus will be on identifying the right prospects, reaching out with purpose, and building connections that lead to actual deals.

What You Will Be Doing
• Identify and target the right decision makers using LinkedIn and outbound tools
• Create personalized outreach that gets replies, not ignores
• Start meaningful conversations with potential clients
• Qualify leads and move them into the sales pipeline
• Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities
• Track your outreach and continuously improve your approach
What We Are Looking For
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach
• Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally
• Understanding of how sales pipelines and client qualification work
• Self-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
